Registered Nurses – Cath Lab Recovery | Sydney

There are exceptional opportunities for motivated and skilled Registered Nurses with experience in an acute care setting to join a dynamic Cardiac/Angiography Recovery Unit at a private hospital in Sydney. Roles are available with a Monday to Friday schedule.
 
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you'll play a vital part in patient recovery after life-changing cardiac procedures, working alongside a team of passionate professionals.  You will join a workforce of nursing professionals to care for patients after surgery.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

REQUIREMENTS

• Current AHPRA registration;
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Recovery nursing;
• Commitment to Quality Patient Care;
• Compliance with ACQSHC National standards;
• Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and customer service skills;
• Works well independently and within a team;
• Intermediate computer skills;
• Postgraduate certificate in Recovery or working towards (desirable);
• Cardiac/Cath Lab experience (desirable).

REMUNERATION
$39.09 - $54.89 per hour.

The hospital, located in Sydney, is one of the largest private hospitals in NSW, providing an extensive range of surgical and medical services. The Operating Theatre complex has 16 theatres, 32 first-stage recovery bays, and an additional 32 second-stage chairs. The specialties include General (including laparoscopic), Colorectal, Bariatric, Orthopaedic, Cardiothoracic, ENT, Plastics, Paediatric, Oral & Dental Gynaecology & Obstetrics, Ophthalmic, Gastroenterology, Neurosurgery, Urology, and Vascular surgery.
