Excellent opportunities exist for experienced Cath Lab Scrub/Scout Registered Nurses to join a state-of-the-art Interventional Cardiology Unit at a private hospital in Sydney on a permanent full-time basis.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will maintain flawless sterile fields during complex cardiac procedures and coordinate seamless clinical logistics as a scout. The ideal candidate brings sharp clinical judgment, strong technical proficiency, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment. As a member of a clinical team, you will be planning, evaluating and delivering care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to patients.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- Recent cardiac catheter lab experience - structural heart experience is highly desirable;
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Flexibility to work a 5-day rotating roster;
- Commitment to teamwork, patient safety, and professional growth.
REMUNERATION
$40.24 - $56.52 per hour.

It has 336 beds and 19 operating theatres, including a hybrid theatre and a 25-bay PACU. The hospital also offers advanced cardiac technology and high-class accommodation standards.
The 31-bed Cardiothoracic unit provides specialised care for patients who require cardiology/cardiothoracic, CCU, or ACU interventional cardiology care.
