Registered Nurses – Critical Care Unit | Adelaide

• Working in a busy cardiothoracic and general ICU;
• Caring for post-operative cardiothoracic and general surgical patients;
• Managing patients with complex medical conditions, including dialysis, invasive ventilation, and non-invasive ventilation;

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Current AHPRA Registration;
• Current South Australian DHS Working with Children Clearance;
• Minimum of 3 years Nursing Experience in High Acuity Surgical or Critical Care;
• Demonstrated understanding of National Safety and Quality Service Standards;
• Staff will be required to provide proof of immunity/vaccination to specified infectious diseases;
• Excellent communication and organisational skills;
• Ability to lead by example, demonstrating the professionalism and culture of the hospital;
• Committed to continuous quality improvement;
• Committed to the provision of quality nursing care, education, and customer service;
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proven ability to effectively manage under pressure with competing demands;
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service in an empathetic manner;
• Maintains accurate and effective record management systems;
