Exciting opportunities are now available for experienced Registered Nurses with Scrub/Scout expertise to join the Operating Theatres Team at a private hospital in Sydney. Permanent full-time and part-time positions are currently on offer.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the hospital.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- Minimum two (2) years in a postgraduate experience;
- Previous experience working across operating theatres;
- The ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate the care delivery needs of patients;
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required;
- Ability to work a rotating roster.

REMUNERATION
On offer is a base hourly rate of $38.88 - $54.61 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

With 312 licensed beds, the facility is one of NSW's largest Private Hospitals. The hospital performs most surgical specialties, including cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, advanced general and colorectal, urology, spinal surgery, ENT, vascular, paediatrics, oncology, and medical care.
