Registered Nurses – Scrub Scout | Brisbane

• Preparing instrumentation and consumables for surgical procedures;
• Ensuring smooth and efficient operating theatre lists;
• Delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to patients throughout their surgical journey;
• Collaborating closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and the theatre team to achieve the best possible outcomes.

• Current AHPRA registration;
• Minimum 3 years' post-graduate nursing experience in theatre preferred;
• Experience in Scrub/Scout, Anaesthetics, or PACU highly regarded;
• Strong assessment, planning, coordination, and evaluation skills;
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational abilities;
• Availability to participate in the on-call/recall roster.

REMUNERATION

On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $41.89 - $54.01+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
