Exciting opportunities are available for skilled and motivated Registered Nurses with a minimum of 3 years acute clinical experience to join a dynamic team at a private hospital in Melbourne. There are both permanent full-time and part-time roles available.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering evidence-based nursing care;
- Supporting patients with complex surgical (post-colorectal, bariatric, and intercostal drain patients) and medical needs;
- Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team;
- Ensuring patient and staff safety.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current Registration with AHPRA;
- 3+ years of acute nursing experience (surgical or acute clinical setting);
- Strong clinical assessment and escalation skills;
- Experience in telemetry monitoring(desirable) or willingness to learn and manage deteriorating patients;
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
- Commitment to evidence‑based practice and continuous improvement.

The hospital, located in southeastern Melbourne, is a state-of-the-art 147-bed hospital, comprising a 24/7 Emergency Department, 6-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 9-bed specialized Coronary Care Unit (CCU), 12-bay Day Infusion Unit, and 5 specialized inpatient units. - including Oncology, Urology, ENT, Orthopaedics, Plastic Surgery, Interventional Cardiology, and Rehabilitation Services.
