There is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join a growing paediatric allied health service supporting NDIS-funded children across South East Melbourne. This can be a permanent, contract, or part-time mobile role.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work directly with children and families across home, school, and community environments, delivering evidence-based therapy and supporting meaningful communication outcomes. You will work alongside experienced clinicians within a highly supportive and collaborative team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering speech pathology services to paediatric clients, primarily aged 2-12;
- Supporting children with autism, developmental language disorder, speech sound disorders, and communication challenges;
- Conducting assessments, therapy sessions, and contributing to NDIS reporting and goal planning;
- Building strong relationships with families and carers to support family-centred practice;
- Maintaining clear, professional, and accessible documentation;
- Participating in supervision, case discussions, and professional development.
REQUIREMENTS
- Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) membership, or eligibility on commencement;
- Recent graduate or up to two years of clinical experience;
- Genuine interest in paediatric practice and family-centred care;
- Reliable car and full Victorian driver's licence (mobile role, non-negotiable);
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain before start);
- Working with Children Check;
- Working rights in Australia.

REMUNERATION
$85.000 - $92.000 plus superannuation, with vehicle and kilometre allowance on top.
