Excellent opportunities have become available for an organised, enthusiastic, and experienced Registered Nurse with a desire to take a leadership role as a Theatre Education Coordinator at a private hospital in Adelaide. This is a part-time opportunity.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the hospital's theatre education portfolio;
- Delivering a structured education program for all theatre employees, including providing hands-on support for Graduate Nurses;
- Recruitment into and management of the Transitional to Professional Practice Program.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current AHPRA registration;
- Minimum 5 years' recent theatre nursing experience;
- Sound understanding of relevant standards and legislation;
- Sound knowledge of ACORN standards / ACHS Accreditation Standards;
- Strategic-minded thinker;
- Ability to engage with all members of staff;
- Excellent communication style - written and verbal;
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Work collaboratively with the management team;
- Proficient in electronic databases and the ability to adapt to changing platforms;
- Knowledge of labour management / KPIs.

REMUNERATION
Salaries range between $63.92 -$69.58 per hour.
