Theatre Education Coordinator | Adelaide

• Managing the hospital's theatre education portfolio;
• Delivering a structured education program for all theatre employees, including providing hands-on support for Graduate Nurses;
• Recruitment into and management of the Transitional to Professional Practice Program.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current AHPRA registration;
• Minimum 5 years' recent theatre nursing experience; 
• Sound understanding of relevant standards and legislation;
• Sound knowledge of ACORN standards / ACHS Accreditation Standards; 
• Strategic-minded thinker;
• Ability to engage with all members of staff;
• Excellent communication style - written and verbal;  
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• Work collaboratively with the management team;
• Proficient in electronic databases and the ability to adapt to changing platforms;  
• Knowledge of labour management / KPIs.
