An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Registered Nurse to lead the Day Procedures Unit at a private hospital in Regional NSW. This is a permanent full-time role.
ABOUT THE ROLE
To succeed in this role, you must display strong clinical knowledge and competence within an acute surgical setting. You will hold a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with the hospital's core values. You will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse;
- Minimum three (3) years' nursing experience;
- Previous experience in a surgical or day procedure unit;
- Flexibility to be available weekends, weekdays, and evenings;
- Clinical leadership experience or post-graduate specialty qualifications will be highly regarded;
- Recent clinical experience working in Day Procedures.

REMUNERATION
$70.89 - $76.26 per hour + superannuation, exclusive of penalties and allowances
ABOUT THE FACILITY
The hospital, located in Albury Wodonga, provides an extensive range of inpatient and day-patient services on-site. Licensed for 96 beds, the hospital is equipped with advanced medical, surgical, and diagnostic technology to deliver the highest standard of medical, surgical, and psychiatric care. Facilities include five busy operating theatres supporting both elective and emergency procedures, acute medical and surgical wards, a six-bed High Dependency Unit, a Day Surgery Unit, and a Home Nursing Service.
