A unique opportunity has arisen to step up into a leadership role and lead an Emergency Department at a private hospital in Perth. This is a permanent full-time position.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a senior member of a clinical team, you will review, plan, oversee, and deliver patient care within the unit under the guidance and support of the Deputy Director of Clinical Services. The Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) role requires clinical expertise, the ability to plan in a rapidly changing environment, and supportive leadership to enable the nursing team to provide a high level of quality service and care to the patients. To succeed in this role, you must display strong clinical knowledge and competence within an emergency department (ED) or critical care setting.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- Minimum three (3) years' nursing experience;
- Previous experience in an ED or critical care area;
- Clinical leadership experience or post-graduate specialty qualifications will be highly regarded;
- Management and/or team leader experience working in emergency and critical care services would be an advantage.

REMUNERATION
$66.85 - $78.12 hourly.
