Associate Nurse Unit Manager – Anaesthesia | Melbourne

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a senior member of the clinical team, you will review, plan, oversee, and deliver patient care within the unit under the guidance and support of the Nurse Unit Manager and Clinical Management Team. The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) role requires clinical aptitude, dynamic planning, and supportive leadership to enable the nursing team to deliver high-quality care to patients.
 

• Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA;
• Previous experience in a surgical or day procedure unit;
• Minimum three (3) years anaesthetic experience;
• Flexibility to be available weekends, weekdays, and evenings;
• Clinical leadership experience or post-graduate specialty qualifications will be highly regarded;
• Current clinical experience working in the perioperative or acute surgical environments.
