Registered Nurse – Rehabilitation | Newcastle

As a member of the clinical team, you will be planning, evaluating and delivering care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse Educators and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to patients. You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. 

• Relevant registration with AHPRA;
• Minimum 12 months of postgraduate experience;
• Previous experience working across a rehabilitation ward;
• The ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient;
• Exceptional customer service and time management abilities;
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others;
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required;
• Ability to work a flexible rotating roster.
