Lead and inspire your theatre team whilst working with state-of-the-art robotic surgical technology. You'll provide clinical operational direction, coordinate evidence-based nursing care delivery, and drive quality improvement initiatives. Your key responsibilities include:

• Fostering a continuous learning culture within the surgical team
• Building strong collaborative relationships with visiting medical officers
• Managing daily operations including human, financial, and material resources
• Coordinating clinical audits and quality improvement projects
• Delivering direct patient care and mentoring nursing staff
• Ensuring compliance with ACQSHC National standards

• Current AHPRA registration
• Working with Children check
• Specialised experience in scrub/scout and robotic surgery
• Previous ANUM or Clinical Nurse Specialist experience (highly desirable)
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent customer service focus with strong time management skills
