Clinical Nurse Educator | Darwin

This position plays a key role in facilitating student learning, supporting new graduates, and assisting with the delivery of mandatory staff training. The successful applicant will be supported by the Education & Training Team to further develop and apply their skills in clinical teaching, feedback, assessment, and simulation. Comprehensive orientation and training will be provided before commencement in the role. While previous experience in education is desirable, it is not essential. A positive attitude and a genuine commitment to supporting and nurturing learners are fundamental to success in this position.

• Registered Nurse with Current AHPRA Registration; 
• High-level clinical skills;
• Proven clinical leadership within a ward/hospital setting;
• A commitment to quality and clinical improvement;
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience.
