YOUR ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Current AHPRA registration
- Specialised experience in cardiology or critical care nursing
- Postgraduate Certificate in cardiology/critical care (or actively pursuing)
- Previous Nurse Unit Manager experience or equivalent leadership background
- Working with Vulnerable People check
- Commitment to quality patient outcomes and ACQSHC National standards
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving capabilities

The hospital delivers comprehensive surgical and medical services across multiple specialties, including general surgery, orthopaedics, urology, gynaecology, breast surgery, colorectal procedures, oral surgery, vascular surgery, plastics, obesity surgery, and select paediatric procedures.
The facility features a 10-bed Critical Care Unit for complex cardiac and post-surgical patients, alongside a 15-bed step-down unit providing transitional care.
