ABOUT THE ROLE
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing clinical leadership to the Ward to complement the strategic direction, operational processes and quality management of all patients;
- Providing clinical operational direction for the 30-bed unit to ensure efficient and effective management by coordinating the delivery of evidence-based nursing care;
- Being accountable for the effective daily management of human, financial and material resources.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current Registration with AHPRA;
- Previous experience at NUM level or equivalent;
- Proven experience leading a team;
- Working with Children check;
- Compliance with ACSQHC National standards;
- Ability to work cohesively within a team environment;
- Proven time management and prioritisation skills;
- Demonstrate a sound knowledge base in labour management;
- Demonstrated HR management experience;
- Computer literacy including MS Office and various databases.
