ROLE OVERVIEW
- Delivering evidence-based nursing care;
- Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team;
- Ensuring patient and staff safety;
- Delivering education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Current AHPRA Registration;
- Current South Australian DHS Working with Children Clearance;
- Minimum of 3 years Nursing Experience in Critical Care/Intensive Care;
- Demonstrated understanding of National Safety and Quality Service Standards;
- Staff will be required to provide proof of immunity/vaccination to specified infectious diseases;
- Excellent communication and organisational skills;
- Ability to lead by example, demonstrating the professionalism and culture of the hospital;
- Committed to continuous quality improvement;
- Committed to the provision of quality nursing care, education, and customer service;
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven ability to effectively manage under pressure with competing demands;
- Ability to work flexible hours.

REMUNERATION
$38.79 -$53.04.
FACILITY DETAILS
The hospital, located in Adelaide, performs a broad range of surgical, medical, diagnostic, and interventional procedures, which are supported by on-site medical imaging, radiology, and pathology. The hospital has eight operating theatres and a procedure room, which are all equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The Intensive Care Unit is a dynamic 12-bed Level 3 ICU equipped to provide total care to critically ill patients.
