If I’m interested in a job, how will you help me get it?

If we feel a vacancy may suit you, we will first interview you ourselves. This interview, which will be conducted over the phone, will last about one hour. If we still think you are suitable for the vacancy, we will set up a telephone interview between you and the healthcare provider. We will help you prepare for this interview so the employer can gain a clear and positive picture of your experience, skills, knowledge and personal strengths. If the healthcare provider should wish, we can then organise subsequent rounds of interviews.

If you are offered the job, we can conduct salary and bonus negotiations on your behalf. We will also check your references and can arrange your start date.

Even if you don’t get the job you are interested in, you may be very suitable for other posts. If we hear of any jobs we think you’d be a good match for, we will get in touch.

Can you give me any help with the immigration process, applying for visas and registering with the authorities?

The candidate is responsible for making sure that he or she complies with all immigration, visa and registration requirements.
