Registered Nurses – ICU | Melbourne

• Supporting the nursing team with planning, assessment, implementation and evaluation of excellent standard of evidence based, person centred patient care;
• Demonstrating professional practice as evidence by adhering to AHPRA professional standards, code of ethics and conduct, legislative requirements and Healthscope's polices and processes;
• Acting as a valued member of the inter-disciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care by actively contributing to team processes and practices;
• Collaborating with external partners to ensure patients receive a high quality of care across the health care continuum;
• Maintaining professional and constructive working relationships with our VMO partners, using a customer service mindset, to enable high quality patient outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current registration with AHPRA;
• Post Graduate Certificate in Critical CareIntensive Care, or 3 years of experience in ICU;
• Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement;
• Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team;
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated, and customer-focused;
• Flexibility to work a full rotating roster.
