New possibilities await passionate and skilled Nurses to join a dynamic Critical Care Unit, which includes 9 ICU beds and 6 HDU beds, at a private hospital in Perth. There are permanent full-time, part-time and casual opportunities available.
ROLE OVERVIEW
In this role you will be providing care for a wide variety of medical and surgical conditions. The unit offers specialised care for patients who require constant monitoring, intensive nursing care and advanced respiratory, cardiac and renal support therapies. You will apply your experience and skills while becoming an integral part of the team dedicated to delivering the highest level of care.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- Minimum of two years' experience in a Critical Care environment;
- Prior experience in an Intensive Care Unit;
- ALS/CALS certification (desirable);
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment and autonomously as required;
- Advanced communication and customer service skills.

REMUNERATION
A base hourly rate of $40.24 - $52.58 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive or penalties or allowances

The hospital, with a total of 722 beds and bays, is the major hospital for Perth's northern corridor that provides a range of medical and surgical services, maternity services, neonatal and paediatric services, aged care, and rehabilitation. The hospital has an Emergency Department, After Hours GP Clinic, and on-site MRI. Specialties include Medical Specialties, which include General Medicine, Respiratory, Gerontology, Cardiac Services, and Stroke Services Unit. Surgical Specialities include but are not limited to General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Urology, Vascular, ENT, Paediatrics, and Gynaecology.
