ROLE OVERVIEW
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering evidence-based nursing care;
- Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team;
- Ensuring patient and staff safety;
- Completing work in a timely and professional manner;
- Working as part of a team;
- Leading by example and being willing to be a mentor to junior staff.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current AHPRA Registration;
- South Australian DHS Working with Children Clearance;
- At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Perioperative environment;
- Demonstrated understanding of National Safety and Quality Service Standards, ACHA policies and procedures;
- Proven ability to effectively manage under pressure with competing demands;
- Positive attitude towards leadership and potential management skills;
- Being committed to continuous quality improvement;
- Being committed to the provision of quality Nursing care, Education and customer service;
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills.

REMUNERATION
Salaries range between $42.37 - $53.04 per hour.

Located in Adelaide, this private not-for-profit hospital features 230 beds and offers a comprehensive range of specialties, including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, general surgery, general medicine, gynaecology and maternity care, oncology, orthopaedics, urology, and vascular surgery. The facility is equipped with 9 operating theatres, 1 procedure room, 2 angiography labs, a fully staffed emergency department, maternity services, and a 24-bed Level 3 Critical Care Unit.
