Registered Nurse – Scrub Scout | Shepparton

There are outstanding prospects for Scrub Scout Registered Nurses who are appropriately qualified and have prior experience to become part of the welcoming Theatre team at a private hospital in Shepparton. Both full-time and part-time positions are open.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be:

• Performing clinical duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager and Shift Leaders;
• Ensuring a high level of quality service is provided to the patients;
• Assessing, planning, and delivering the care to the patients requiring Critical Care.

• Current registration with AHPRA;
• At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in an acute hospital setting;
• Experience as a perioperative nurse, and scrub scout desired;
• Roster flexibility as well as on-call;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required.

REMUNERATION
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $34.39 - $ 47.55 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

The hospital, located in beautiful Goulburn Valley, is an acute surgical and medical 69-bed facility. The hospital has 3 fully equipped Operating Theatres, a High Dependency Unit, and a Day Procedure Unit. The hospital is equipped with advanced medical, surgical, and diagnostic technology.
