ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering evidence-based nursing care;
- Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team;
- Ensuring patient and staff safety;
- Supervising, directing, and guiding nursing team members;
- Providing education and support to patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current registration with the AHPRA;
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent;
- At least 1 year of experience in an Acute hospital setting experience is essential;
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated, and customer-focused;
- Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement;
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team;
- Passion for delivering quality patient-centred care;
- Flexibility with shift allocations and the commitment to work a rotating roster - 12hr and 8hr shifts are offered.

REMUNERATION
$35.46 - $49.79 per hour.

The hospital, located in Sydney, provides world-class, Level 5 delineation services for both public and private patients. The hospital features 488 beds, a 50-bed Emergency Department, a 20-bed general cardiothoracic ICU, 14 state-of-the-art theatres including cardiac catheter labs, a world-class education center, a doctor's lounge, excellent staff facilities, a café, and car parking. Acute Stroke Unit/ Acute Medical Unit consists of 6 dedicated stroke unit beds and 26 general medical beds.
