To make a candidate referral, simply fill in the online form below with your details and the referral’s details.

Referral bonus amounts differ based on individual job postings.

• Contract (Registered Nurses & Midwives): $100 Amazon voucher awarded to the referrer once the Contract Candidate has completed the 3 month contract period.
• Permanent (Registered Nurses & Midwives): $250 Amazon voucher awarded to the referrer once the Permanent Candidate has completed the 3 month probationary period.
• Professional (Director / NUM / ANUM): $500 Amazon voucher awarded to the referrer once the Professional Candidate has completed the 3 month probationary period.
• Medical Professional (Medical Officer / General Practitioner): Up to $1000 Amazon voucher awarded to the referrer once the Medical Professional has completed the 3 month probationary period.

Terms and Conditions for IHR referral program.

1. Should a candidate be submitted more than once as a referral, IHR will only honour the first referring party.
2. A person will be paid only one referral bonus per candidate referred to IHR. However, there is no limit to the number of candidates a person can refer.
3. Referral bonuses will be paid after the guarantee period of the placement has been fulfilled.
4. Individual referrals are unlimited. You may submit as many referrals as you like.
5. Candidates must not already be in contact with IHR or on our database.
6. Candidates must be placed and employed within 12 weeks of a referral being submitted.
7. IHR reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate this program at anytime.
