A fantastic chance awaits a skilled and dynamic Nursing Manager to spearhead the professional team at a private hospital in regional NSW. This pivotal leadership role is offered on a Fixed Term Full-Time basis for a duration of 12 months.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be leading the HDU and Cardiac Catheter Lab teams. This role provides leadership to a very enthusiastic and supportive team and is accountable for the clinical and financial performance of the ward, including daily operational challenges, staffing and skill mix, bed management, consumables and equipment costs. This position reports to the Director of Clinical Services.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current AHPRA registration;
- Extensive current clinical practice in critical care and CCL (minimum 5 years);
- Ability to build rapport with VMOs and staff;
- Commitment to improvement and excellence in the delivery of outcomes;
- OHS responsibility and leadership in risk minimisation;
- Ongoing activity analysis;
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage resources and experience in implementing sustainable change.

REMUNERATION
$63.50 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
